🔄 Payment Confirmation

  • Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation.

  • For digital products and courses, access is granted immediately or within a few minutes.

  • For physical products, a confirmation and tracking link will be sent once the item is shipped.


📦 Transaction Security

We follow industry-standard security protocols:

  • SSL encryption for secure transactions

  • No sensitive card or UPI data is stored on our servers

  • Payment gateways are PCI-DSS certified

⚠️ Please do not share your OTP, UPI PIN, or banking passwords with anyone. KAMALDNP will never ask for this information.


📋 Billing Information

  • Users must provide accurate billing details including full name, address, and contact information.

  • KAMALDNP reserves the right to cancel or delay orders if payment details appear suspicious or incomplete.


🚫 Failed or Declined Payments

  • In case of a failed transaction, no amount will be deducted from your account.

  • If an amount is debited but the order isn’t confirmed, it is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5-7 working days.

  • If not resolved, please contact us with the Transaction ID and payment screenshot.


🚀 GST & Invoicing

  • All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

  • You can request a GST-compliant invoice by contacting support after your purchase.


🔁 Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, we will refund the extra amount after proper verification. Please email us with transaction details.


🧾 Refund Reference

  • This policy works in coordination with our Refund, Exchange & Return Policy.

  • For digital products and courses, no refunds or exchanges are allowed once the transaction is completed.


👥 Third-Party Payment Gateways

KAMALDNP may use third-party platforms like Razorpay, Paytm, or Instamojo to process payments. These platforms may collect and store payment details as per their own privacy and security policies.

All transactions are subject to Indian laws, including:

  • RBI Digital Payment Guidelines

  • IT Act, 2000

  • Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
