KAMALDNP reserves the right to cancel or delay orders if payment details appear suspicious or incomplete.
🚫 Failed or Declined Payments

In case of a failed transaction, no amount will be deducted from your account.

If an amount is debited but the order isn’t confirmed, it is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5-7 working days.

If not resolved, please contact us with the Transaction ID and payment screenshot.

You can request a GST-compliant invoice by contacting support after your purchase.
🔁 Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, we will refund the extra amount after proper verification. Please email us with transaction details.

For digital products and courses, no refunds or exchanges are allowed once the transaction is completed.
