At KAMALDNP, we are committed to delivering your orders in a safe, secure, and timely manner. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how and when your order will reach you.

📦 1. Shipping Availability

• We currently deliver all over India via trusted courier partners.

• International shipping is not available at the moment.

• Orders are processed from our center in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

⏱️ 2. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. We will notify you via email/phone in case of major delays.

🚚 3. Delivery Time & Charges

💡 Free shipping offers may apply during certain promotions, which will be mentioned on the product or checkout page.

📠 4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number.

• You can track your order from the courier’s website using the tracking ID.

🧾 5. Packing & Handling

• All physical products (like electronic kits, components) are packed with anti-static protection and bubble wrap to prevent damage in transit.

• Fragile items are marked and labeled accordingly for secure delivery.

❗ 6. Delayed / Missed Deliveries

• KAMALDNP is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or courier partner issues

  • Delays during festivals or promotional periods

• If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours.

📬 7. Damaged Packages

• If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • You may refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.

  • Or accept with images/video proof and share it within 3 working days to request exchange (if applicable).

🔄 8. Re-shipping

• If delivery fails due to incomplete address, unavailability, or wrong contact info, we can re-ship the order after verifying the issue.

• Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

🧑‍💻 9. Digital Products Delivery

• All digital goods (e.g., courses, software, downloads) are delivered instantly or within 1–3 hours via:

  • Email with download/access link

  • Direct dashboard access on www.kamaldnp.in

• If you face any issue in accessing your digital product, contact us at support@kamaldnp.in

⚠️ Please note: Digital products do not require shipping and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

🏷️ 10. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

• Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of placement, provided they are not yet shipped.

• Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, and the refund policy will apply.
